CENOTE DIVING
CENOTE DIVING
Cenote Diving is something you can only do in Mexico.
Cenotes, from the mayan word ¨tz´onot¨ (hole full of water), are the entrance to Xibalbá, the Mayan Underworld, home of ancient gods.
Let our passionate and professional guides provide an unforgettable experience in a one of a kind environment.
WHAT IS A CENOTE DIVE AND WHY CAN YOU DO IT
Cenote diving is cavern diving. Special rules apply in the area that make cenote diving in Mexico accessible for non technical divers.
With a certified guide you can dive in the cavern part of the cave, where you will always follow a guideline, stay within the limits of natural light and never will go further than 60m (200 ft) from an exit point.
Breaking any of these limits will transform a cavern dive in a cave dive. Never allow your guide to take you further without proper training.
Do you want to become a cave diver? Ask us for some serious training.
