I highly recommend Cenote Tours. I had the chance to do my full cave course, followed by guided dives, with Isabel Dominguez. She is a very pedagogical instructor, who has extensive experience in cave diving. Do not hesitate to ask her for training or guided dives, in caves or cenotes. She will certainly do everything possible to provide you, in complete safety, with the best possible conditions.

Isabel es una excelente guía, no solo tiene muchísima experiencia y certificaciones en buceo en cenotes y cuevas sino que también es una apasionada de la historia del lugar y de los cenotes que son formaciones únicas en el mundo.

En todo momento te transmite su pasión por el punto de buceo y es muy consiente del cuidado que requieren estos lugares tan sagrados.

Le encanta explorar y mostrarte todos los descubrimientos que se fueron haciendo en los cenotes y a su vez es muy cautelosa en cuanto a la seguridad de cada una de las personas que bucean

Isabel is an excellent guide, she not only has a tons of expirence and diving certifications in cenotes and caves, but also she's extremely passionate about the history of these places and the cenotes which are unique formations in the world.

At all time she transmit here passion for the diving spots and she's very aware of how cautious you need to be in order to preserve these sacred places.

She loves to explore and show you all the discoverys that have been made in the cenotes and also she's very conserend about safety in the people that dive with her.

We absolutely loved our experience with CenoteTours. They had all the equipment we needed, were knowledgeable and so much fun. We did 3 dives with them and all of us had a blast. They even taught us the history of how the stalagmites and stalactites were formed, so we could understand it better while we were diving. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Andrea and Isa were amazing and I hope I get to dive with them again.

Both Andrea and Isa are amazingly nice and conscious divers, and going for an ocean dive or the unique Cenotes with one of these lovely ladies is sure to leave you super happy (I've spent countless dives with both Isa and Andrea).

I was so fortunate to complete my cave diving training with Isa. Isa is very professional in her teaching yet very supporting and caring. Andrea and Isabel were awesome. They had everything organized for each day and their passion for the Cenotes shines through. They also took me on local reef tours, arranged a Cozumel trip for me and took me to a bull shark feeding dive that was a once in a lifetime dive. I dove with Isa and Andrea in Sept, 2019 and can’t recommend them enough! They are super sweet, kind and professional, make sure the safety is first. 3 dives I did with them was phenomenal, ranks one of the best dives I’ve ever done! If you are looking to find the great dives, no need to look further, just hit them up! I love Andrea and Isa. They know everything there is to know not only about the cenotes and the underwater world, but also the local geography, what makes the area special, the people, the local history. They also have a true love and respect for the place where they work. Diving in the cenotes is a magical experience that can be enhanced when guided by the right people. These ladies are doing it RIGHT! My friend and I have visited 2 summers in a row and dived both times with Cenote tours, and I have plans to return as often as I can.

Isa ist eine Top Tauchlehrerin mit mega viel Fachwissen.

I had an amazing two days diving with Isa, doing 5 dives in 4 Cenotes!! She was SO helpful in advising me before my trip with general and diving advice, and was so flexible with my changing schedule. She really went above and beyond! Isa puts safety first and ensures you are comfortable and confident as a first-time cavern diver, but also SO fun to dive and hang out with. I got to meet Andrea as well and it is so evident that these two ladies care about their clients and their business tremendously, as well as respect the Cenotes and their significance. Andrea was awesome! It was my first time diving cenotes and now I can’t wait to go back and explore new places. Andrea was very professional and key on safety, which is very important. I have dived with them several times now, over a couple of trips, and I know I will go back to Mexico, and they will be the first people I'll be going to.

Andrea and Isa are both great guides, safe divers, but also amazing people. They always strive to give you the best experience and we can really feel the passion they have for diving and the caves.

They were also super helpful with a few mishaps I had there, doing everything they could, because it seems like I cannot have a smooth and uneventful trip to Mexico. I thank them for that and am pround to call both of them friends now.

Bueno, no tengo palabras. Isa y Andrea nos trataron como si nos conociésemos de toda la vida. El buceo en cenote con Isa ha sido de lo mejor que he hecho en mi vida. Y Andrea se llevó a los niños y mi pareja a hacer snorkel en el cenote, disfrutaron cómo cerdicos en el barro 😂😂😂😂. También nos organizaron las visitas y todo fue como esperábamos, increíble!. Por cierto, la comida en El Arbolito fue tremenda.

The guided dives were awesome and the small groups were sweet to have. Thoughtfulness of Isa to pick me up from ferry terminal in playa del Carmen then drive down to Tulum. I really enjoyed 😘
