Isa is seriously THE BEST! She was so patient with us as we completed our open water driver course. She has a true gift for teaching. I was stressed about the section of the course when we were required to be without our mask for a short time. Isa gently pulled me back down as I tried to surface, and then held my hand while I got through the exercise. This gentle tactic gave me confidence to do the skill over and over again as we completed our dives. She helped us experience diving in both the ocean and a cenote, making our experience truly unique. She's truly committed to ensuring that divers have the skills needed to thrive. We had two fantastic dives in Cozumel. Isabel made booking our group of 9 extremely easy. Luis was one of the best guides I have dove with. The group had a great time! I will be going back in a few months to dive the Cenotes with them! Highly recommend!

My adult son and I dove several cenotes in early May 2021 with Isabel Dominguez (Isa ) with Cenote Tours. My son, who is a cave diver, had dove the cenotes with Isa in 2018. He gave her rave reviews, said I would love her, and I did! She is so professional and personable. I felt like she had eyes in the back of her head. I have never had a Dive Master, instructor or guide who was so considerate, thoughtful, competent, and helpful in every way. I knew that we would be safe with Isa and have the best dive experience possible. Indeed we did! I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is great! She will make your cenote dive experience everything you want it to be. She is simply awesome.

We absolutely loved our experience with CenoteTours. They had all the equipment we needed, were knowledgeable and so much fun. We did 3 dives with them and all of us had a blast. They even taught us the history of how the stalagmites and stalactites were formed, so we could understand it better while we were diving. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Andrea and Isa were amazing and I hope I get to dive with them again.

Andrea and Isabel were awesome. They had everything organized for each day and their passion for the Cenotes shines through. They also took me on local reef tours, arranged a Cozumel trip for me and took me to a bull shark feeding dive that was a once in a lifetime dive. They work hard to make your trip the best it can be.

I had the pleasure of diving with Cenote tours this past February and it was an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. They came highly recommended from my local dive shop, Denver Divers, and I can totally see why. The halocline (where the fresh and salt water meet) was out of this world and I'm so happy i had the chance to dive with Andrea and explore this beautiful part of the world. I really appreciated her positive energy and enthusiasm over cave diving. It was my first cave diving experience and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I was staying in Cozumel so I took the ferry over and she was there to pick me up and drop me off after which I appreciated as I had all my gear (although they provide this for your if you don't have it). I would definitely dive with Andrea and Isa if you're in the area and will definitely be back in the future! Thanks Cenote Tours!

En Enero realicé el Open Water Diver con Cenote Tours, fue, con diferencia, la mejor decisión que tomé en México.Aparte de su larga experiencia, profesionalidad, la gran interacción con el alumno, la manera de explicarte y toda la metodología básica del buceo, el cómo y el porqué hay que realizar los chequeos de seguridad, etc ... y sobre todo, el conocimiento que tienen del medio acuático, hacen que el aprendizaje sea realmente ameno y con la certeza de que entiendes perfectamente todos los conceptos..Con Cenote Tours hice 4 inmersiones en el mar y otras 4 en Cenote, y .... Cenote diving is a MUST if you are in the area! Isa and Andrea who run CenoteTours are people who know THE way to do it right. I went diving with Andrea in November, and loved the experience so much much that I added some extra cenote dives to my trip! She's a really experienced guide and always made me feel safe and comfortable, an amazing experience! Even more, she and Isabel took me to meet their anthropologist friend as this is my area of study, and we learned some really interesting things about what secrets the underwater caves hold- I now plan to go back to Mexico to start my cave diving with them soon 🙂 Definitely recommend!

I love Andrea and Isa. They know everything there is to know not only about the cenotes and the underwater world, but also the local geography, what makes the area special, the people, the local history. They also have a true love and respect for the place where they work. Diving in the cenotes is a magical experience that can be enhanced when guided by the right people. Bueno, no me cansaré de repetirlo. Ya hace dos años que estuvimos en México. Una de las mejores experiencias, el snorkel y el buceo en cenote que hicimos con Isa y Andrea. Y no solo fue un buceo, nos reímos a morir y creo que encontramos más que complicidad. De hecho, con Isa, nos hemos visto en Cataluña dos veces, cuando ha venido a ver a su familia, y para nosotros, no fue solo un viaje, encontramos a una amiga. I have dived with them several times now, over a couple of trips, and I know I will go back to Mexico, and they will be the first people I'll be going to.
Andrea and Isa are both great guides, safe divers, but also amazing people. They always strive to give you the best experience and we can really feel the passion they have for diving and the caves.
They were also super helpful with a few mishaps I had there, doing everything they could, because it seems like I cannot have a smooth and uneventful trip to Mexico. I thank them for that and am pround to call both of them friends now.

Bueno, no tengo palabras. Isa y Andrea nos trataron como si nos conociésemos de toda la vida. El buceo en cenote con Isa ha sido de lo mejor que he hecho en mi vida. Y Andrea se llevó a los niños y mi pareja a hacer snorkel en el cenote, disfrutaron cómo cerdicos en el barro 😂😂😂😂. También nos organizaron las visitas y todo fue como esperábamos, increíble!. Por cierto, la comida en El Arbolito fue tremenda.

Had emailed Andrea back and forth, she was able to set up some diving dates. I dove with Isa and it was very nice to meet you!
The guided dives were awesome and the small groups were sweet to have. Thoughtfulness of Isa to pick me up from ferry terminal in playa del Carmen then drive down to Tulum. I really enjoyed 😘

Spent 3 days diving with Cenote Tours. What an amazing experience. My friend who is in a wheelchair had the dive trip of his life. Andrea and Isa went out of their way to accomodate us and our unique needs. Professional well informed respected by the other dive operators we bumped into at dive sites and fun! I can't recommend them enough whatever your dive needs are!

What can I say, I showed up and Andrea indulged the dive junkie in me. 12 dives over 4 days.. beers, tacos and a few days later.. we were friends. Personable, professional and enthusiastic. Wish I lived closer.
