ESSENTIALS COURSE

Training is the key of masterizing the technique.

The techniques and knowledge included in this course will enable the divers to increase their skills proficiency.

After this course, divers will be ready to go further in their technical training career. Due to this, they will have a much more solid basis and preparation.

WHAT I WILL LEARN?

This systematic learning and professional training are designed to enhance the underwater skills of both, the student and the team

You will practice: bouyancy, trim, balance, propulsion, equipment streamlining and configuration. As well as diving safety, general awarness, dive planning and gas management.

 

DURATION: minimum of 3 days

REQUIREMENTS

Open Water Certification or equivalent

Sufficient experience to satisfy the instructor that the student has the ability and knowledge to continue into this level of training

Minimum age: 15

CAVERN COURSE

First steps of the amazing journey of becoming a cave diver.

This program is designed to provide the knowledge and skills required to independently dive in a cavern or overhead environment within the light zone.

 

WHAT I WILL LEARN?

  • How to configure and use specialized cavern diving equipment. 
  • Gas management concepts.
  • Swimming techniques.
  • Deploy and follow a guideline.
  • Buddy team skills and communication.
  • Psychological and physiological considerations.
  • Problem solving.
  • Accident analysis.
  • Cavern environment and conservation.

 

DURATION: minimum of 3 days

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent

Z

10 logged dives or sufficient experience to satisfy the instructor that the student has the ability and knowledge to continue into this level of training

Minimum age: 15

INTRO TO CAVE COURSE

First dives in a new world: Mexican’s caves.

Continue with your overhead environment training learning the basic principles of cave diving.

You will master the skills taught in the Cavern diving course and learn new techniques and procedures for basic cave dives.

WHAT I WILL LEARN?

  • Cave diving policy and etiquette.
  • Gas management (dissimilar volumes).
  • Equipment considerations.
  • Simple navigation using a single primary guideline.
  • Physiological and psychological considerations of cave diving.
  • Problem solving, lost line and lost diver.
  • Accident analysis.
  • Cave environment and conservation.

 

DURATION: minimum of 3 days

REQUIREMENTS

IANTD Wreck Diver, Cavern Diver, Limited Mine Diver or equivalent

30 logged dives for sufficient experience to satisfy the instructor that the student has the ability and knowledge to continue into this level of training

Minimum age: 15

CAVE COURSE

Expand your horizon. A whole new world of possibilities in front of you.

The next step in your overhead environment training.

In this program, you will expand your previous cave diving skills learnt in the Cavern and Intro to Cave diving courses.

You will be focusing on planning advanced cave dives following complex navigation and emergency procedures.

  • Complex navigation.
  • Gas sharing.
  • Physiological and psychological considerations of cave diving.
  • Problem solving.
  • Accident analysis.
  • Cave environment and conservation.

 

DURATION: minimum of 3 days

REQUIREMENTS

IANTD Introductory to Cave Diver or equivalent

50 logged dives for sufficient experience to satisfy the instructor that the student has the ability and knowledge to continue into this level of training

Minimum age: 18
